He is altogether proper and well mannered, a real gentleman of European birth. He has an unfortunate habit of tripping over, bumping into, dropping and breaking things. He is rather bookish and enjoys adventures, as long as they are not happening to him. He is partial to cardigan sweaters and bow-ties, and likes best to be home. He is fastidious, blundering and lovable. He is Hector Fox.
