ORDER INFORMATION

  1. •Wholesale is available for brick and mortar stores only.

  2. •Wholesale orders have a 60 card minimum.

  3. •To place an order, review the catalog, print and complete the Order Form, then email me a photo or scan. I will then calculate your total and shipping costs.

  4. •Domestic/international shipping: USPS with tracking.

  5. •Payment can be made by check (domestic only) or via PayPal (transaction fees will apply). All prices are in US Dollars.

  6. •International customers are responsible for any custom/VAT fees that may be incurred.
